As the Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager at C Teleport, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients and generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). This position requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales development, team management, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Our sales team is a dynamic and diverse group consisting of 13 talented professionals, covering flow from Sales Development to Customer Success. Three team members are based in our Rotterdam office, while the remaining members are distributed across the globe, reflecting our commitment to a global workforce and catering to our international clientele.

As the Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager, you will report to VP Sales and lead 3 SDRs from various locations, leveraging modern communication tools and efficient workflows to drive sales pipeline growth and achieve business success. 

This is a full-time position located in our Rotterdam office, with a hybrid working structure (min 40% in office).

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team in effectively opening the sales cycle and nurturing prospects.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales to develop and implement effective outbound lead generation strategies.
  • Drive initiatives to expand the client base through targeted outreach efforts, focusing on increasing the number of acquired clients and MQLs.
  • Optimize outbound lead generation processes and maximize the utilization of CRM tools(HubSpot) to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct competitive analysis exercises to ensure an effective market approach.
  • Monitor key performance metrics related to client acquisition and MQL generation, providing regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving targets for client acquisition and MQL generation, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement among team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and seek opportunities for personal and professional growth to enhance effectiveness in acquiring clients and generating MQLs.

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. High proficiency in English is a must.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales development or inside sales, with at least 1 years in a leadership or coaching role. SDR experience in a SaaS or technology company is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales pipeline growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Proven experience in implementing and executing successful sales strategies and sales development plans.
  • Available for 40 hours/week, and currently eligible to work in the Netherlands (we can sponsor KM visa)
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with previous experience in collaborating with remote teammates/stakeholders.
