The Sales Team:
Our Sales team, led by the VP of Sales, consists of 14 members organized into four sub-teams: Maritime, New Business, Customer Support, and Sales Support. As we grow, we are seeking a motivated Sales Executive – Business Travel to join our team in Rotterdam. This is a hybrid role, allowing a balance between home office and on-site work.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution: Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with business travel clients through video calls, phone, or in-person meetings.
Market Development: Identify new business opportunities within the business travel sector, targeting corporate clients and leveraging industry knowledge to grow market share.
Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success and Marketing teams to convert qualified leads into successful partnerships.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to drive company growth and success.
Role Requirements:
Travel Industry Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales within the travel industry, preferably in business travel.
Sales Acumen: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
