We are looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll shape, implement, and optimise all facets of our marketing, with a focus on team productivity, impactful content, and brand visibility.

What You Will Do?

Strategic & Visionary Leadership

  • Define Marketing Strategy: Develop a long-term plan aligned with C Teleport’s growth goals, focusing on brand positioning, content quality, and campaign performance.

  • Marketing Vision & Language: Craft and evolve a marketing and design language that highlights our unique value across all channels and stays consistent.

  • Performance & KPIs: Set and monitor key metrics that measure the impact of campaigns and overall brand visibility, building dashboards for real-time progress tracking.

Operational Excellence

  • Content Strategy Execution: Direct a 3-6 month content plan, focusing on high-quality written content, including blogs, case studies, and whitepapers. Partner with the Event Coordinator and Marketing Project Manager to bring this strategy to life.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in messaging and visuals across all channels, reflecting C Teleport’s values and mission.

  • Marketing Campaigns: Lead customer-focused campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention, coordinating paid, earned, and owned media strategies.

Team Partnership & Mentorship

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Product, and Data Automation to align on shared goals and opportunities.

  • Team Productivity: Identify skill gaps, build processes, and make hiring or realignment decisions when necessary to drive team success.

  • Mentor and Empower Team: Inspire and guide two in-house marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance environment.

Executive-Level Contributions

  • Board Representation: Represent the marketing team at executive and board meetings, providing data-driven insights and strategic direction.

  • Market Analysis: Lead competitive research to identify growth opportunities, refine positioning, and inform future strategies.


What You Will Bring?

  • Professional Experience: 5+ years in Marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS; travel industry experience is a plus. Proven ability to lead a marketing function with a focus on performance. 

  • Leadership Experience: 3 years managing teams, with success in goal setting, leading, and developing talent. Skilled in KPI-setting and data-driven performance measurement.

  • Content Strategy Expertise: Strong background in content marketing, especially text-based content creation. Education in marketing or journalism is required.

  • Branding & Design: Experience defining and implementing brand and design language across platforms. Monitoring and maintaining consistency in marketing outputs.

  • Digital Marketing & Analytics: Proficiency in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media) and tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
