As our Office & Workplace Experience Intern, you’ll play a vital role in creating a smooth, welcoming, and future-ready workspace at C Teleport. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll gain practical experience in facilities management, operations, and team support — perfect for students eager to learn and take real ownership.
You’ll lead two exciting projects while also helping with daily office activities, giving you a broad view of how a modern, international tech company operates behind the scenes.
This internship is a great fit if you’re in your final year of studies in Business Administration, Facility Management, HR, or a related field. 1. Office Facelift Project
Own the coordination of our ongoing office refresh:
Research and contact layout consultants and furniture suppliers
Gather and compare quotes, and assist in planning layout improvements
Coordinate with vendors and schedule deliveries or installations
Help rearrange the workspace based on team needs
Be proactive and solution-oriented — this project is yours to drive!
2. Christmas Party 2025
Lead the planning and delivery of our end-of-year celebration:
Collect ideas and input from the team
Organize venue, catering, drinks, and entertainment
Communicate with vendors and manage timelines
Help create a fun, memorable event that brings everyone together
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (setting up desks, welcome packages, farewell gifts)
Manage orders for office supplies — think snacks, fruit, coffee, tea, and stationery
Be the go-to person for colleagues’ office or facility questions
Coordinate with building management for cleaning, repairs, and facility access
Support communication with IT vendors around equipment purchase and recycling
Proactive — you notice what needs doing and take action without waiting
Organized & detail-focused — you can manage multiple tasks and keep things on track
Good communicator — comfortable chatting with colleagues, vendors, and suppliers
Problem solver — when challenges arise, you find practical solutions
Hands-on & practical — not afraid to help set up spaces or unpack deliveries

Start date: August 2025 (or earlier if available)
Duration: 5 months
Workload: 3 days per week on-site in our Rotterdam office, with the possibility to increase to 4 days/week (including 1 remote day)
Stipend: €450/month (for 3 days/week)
Commuting allowance: Provided to support your travel
Location preference: Ideally living in the Rotterdam–The Hague region for an easy commute
