Responsibilities:
Office Space & Equipment Management:
- Assist in optimizing office layouts to ensure a comfortable, efficient, and cozy work environment.
- Support the purchase and setup of new furniture, meeting areas, and office essentials.
- Coordinate with renovation teams to ensure the space is always in top condition.
Office Supplies & Snacks:
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of coffee, snacks, and office supplies to keep the workplace well-stocked.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely orders to keep everything running smoothly.
Facility & Maintenance Coordination:
- Liaise with building management for repairs, cleaning, and maintenance services.
- Ensure the office space remains organized and well-maintained, with a focus on creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Health & Safety Compliance:
- Assist in maintaining health and safety standards within the office, ensuring ergonomic comfort and compliance with regulations.
Budget & Supplier Management:
- Track facility-related expenses and assist in identifying opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining a high standard of office quality.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBO or HBO degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external suppliers.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, growing environment.
A proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve and adapt to new challenges.
Immediate availability is preferred.
Availability to work at least 3 days on-site per week.
Ideally based in the Rotterdam - The Hague area for an easy commute.
