About C Teleport

C Teleport is transforming corporate travel with an intuitive, fully automated booking platform. As we expand into new markets, we’re looking for a B2B Performance Marketing & CRO Specialist who can take our digital marketing to the next level. If you thrive in a fast-moving, data-driven environment and have a passion for conversion optimization, this role is for you!


What You’ll Do:

1. Lead Paid Performance Campaigns

  • Own and optimize Google Ads (Search & Display) campaigns for hyper-targeted B2B audiences.

  • Conduct iterative ad testing to improve performance based on insights.

  • Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns, including Customer Match strategies.


2. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Landing Pages

  • Identify conversion bottlenecks through user behavior analysis (e.g., Hotjar,Google Analytics).

  • Provide recommendations for landing pages optimisation using data-driven insights.

  • Implement minor CRO changes in WordPress independently (no coding required).


3. Offline Conversion Tracking & GTM Management

  • Set up and maintain tracking in Google Tag Manager (GTM) for conversions, remarketing triggers, and event tracking.

  • Ensure offline conversion tracking via HubSpot integration is accurate.

  • Troubleshoot tracking issues without extensive developer support.


4. Search Query Analysis & Keyword Optimization

  • Conduct manual search query reviews to refine targeting.

  • Implement keyword transition strategies (e.g., broad match to exact match).

  • Continuously monitor keyword performance and refine bids.


5. Data-Driven Decision Making & Reporting

  • Analyze performance using CTR, CPC, ROI, and MRR tracking.

  • Present campaign insights aligned with business goals.

  • Monitor ad spend efficiency and make data-backed recommendations.


What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, focusing on Google Ads & CRO – preferably in a B2B, scale-ups, or niche-market environment.

  • Strong GTM knowledge (conversion tracking, event tracking, remarketing).

  • Experience with offline conversion tracking & CRM integration (HubSpot preferred).

  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

  • Fast learner & independent collaborator – capable of diving into our current setup, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements autonomously.

  • Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn Ads & basic SEO knowledge.
