About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Content & Creative Manager who combines strategic thinking with creative flair and operational excellence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading our content and creative output—from web copy to ad creatives—while ensuring everything we publish is on-brand, on-message, and on time. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align messaging, and you’ll take charge of turning insights into engaging content that performs.
Write and manage content across the website, ads, social media, and sales collateral
Oversee the production and QA of visual and written assets
Select and manage external vendors (writers, designers, video producers, etc.)
Build a smooth content process, from idea intake to final publishing
Maintain and communicate the content calendar across teams
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging is relevant and consistent
Use user insights, search trends, and feedback to guide content priorities
Leverage AI tools to enhance speed and creativity in content creation
Repurpose and update existing content for maximum value
Track content performance and adjust based on data and feedback
Must-Haves
Excellent copywriting skills across formats and platforms
Experience with creative production and maintaining content quality
Strong project management skills, including working with vendors
Proactive and collaborative approach to cross-functional work
Hands-on experience with social media and content distribution
Strategic mindset with the ability to build and follow a content roadmap
Nice-to-Haves
A systems thinker who enjoys building and refining processes
Comfortable using AI tools for writing, video, or design
Strong grasp of SEO and how people search for answers online
Familiarity with analytics, attribution, and what makes content perform
3–6+ years in a content, creative, or marketing role
A portfolio of work showing your range—from punchy ad copy to clear product messaging
Ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on execution
A curiosity for user behavior and a drive to experiment and improve
