As we scale, we’re strengthening our revenue operations and automation capabilities. We’re looking for a Revenue Operations & Automation Engineer, based in the Netherlands, to transform our RevOps stack: HubSpot, enrichment tools, and workflow automations. You’ll own data hygiene, lead routing, scoring, and process automation across Marketing and Sales.

Own the RevOps tech stack: HubSpot, GTM, marketing automation, integrations
Lead data enrichment, validation, and deduplication using tools like Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Clay
Configure HubSpot pipelines, lifecycle stages, scoring, and custom objects for high-quality, actionable data
Automate lead-to-opportunity flows, sales SLAs, and tool integrations (n8n, Zapier, custom APIs)
Process Automation & Enablement
Map revenue-related workflows across Marketing and Sales, then automate repetitive or error-prone steps
Track automation performance and proactively troubleshoot issues to keep funnels flowing smoothly
Operational Reporting & Insights (within HubSpot)
Stand up operational dashboards in HubSpot (e.g., pipeline hygiene, SLA compliance, conversion velocity).
Surface quick-hit insights and recommendations based on CRM data; escalate deeper analytical questions to the dedicated Data Analyst
Collaborate with our Data Analyst to build Power BI dashboards covering pipeline health, drop-offs, CAC/LTV, and forecasting
Marketing Ops Support
Implement event tracking and basic web analytics tags (GA4, Amplitude) to capture funnel interactions needed for scoring and enrichment.
Ensure attribution and engagement data flow cleanly into HubSpot for unified visibility
3+ years in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations in a B2B SaaS/tech company
Deep HubSpot expertise: custom objects, lead & account scoring, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and admin–level configuration
Strong experience with HubSpot data architecture and enrichment tools (Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Clay)
Familiarity with web analytics setup (GTM, GA4) and marketing attribution
Bonus: HubSpot certifications and experience with Amplitude or other product analytics platforms
Strong communicator with the ability to turn complex data into simple insights
