Led by an experienced SVP of Product, our product team consists of eight talented professionals, including Product Owners and Product Designers. Our team is strategically located in our Rotterdam office and across various EU countries, ensuring a diverse and inclusive approach to product development. Together, we focus on delivering high-quality, user-centric products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
As a Product Owner for our “AI and Automation” squad you are responsible for the unique cutting edge technology applied to provide our USP of instant flexibility that is unrivalled in the travel industry. Our differentiator is that we cater for uncertainty in travel by offering instant alternatives, something that no other online or offline travel agent can offer. To maintain this edge, we strive for continuous innovation using the most modern technologies available.
You will be the driving force behind our product vision, working at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance our travel management solutions, ensuring they meet market needs and deliver measurable value to our B2B clients.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with company strategy and market demands
Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, clients, and market research
Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle
Define product success metrics and monitor product performance
Manage product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features
Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry trends
Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs within the organization
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in travel tech or B2B SaaS
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
Experience with product discovery, user story creation, and backlog management
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
Understanding of travel industry dynamics and B2B business models preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
