About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Growth Automation Specialist to build and optimize our automated prospecting, qualification, and lead scoring pipelines using cutting-edge tools. This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone who thrives in AI-powered, data-driven marketing automation. If you have experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, and Zapier, and can independently create and refine automated workflows, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Design & implement fully automated prospecting and scoring pipelines using tools like Apollo, Clay, n8n, Zapier, and HubSpot.
Enrich and qualify leads automatically by scraping and analyzing company data (e.g., services, revenue, location, tech stack).
Optimize lead scoring models to improve MQL quality and minimize disqualification by sales teams.
Run and monitor outbound campaigns, leveraging AI-driven personalization to boost engagement.
Ensure data integrity and cleanliness across CRM and prospecting databases.
Experiment with AI and LLMs (Large Language Models) to enhance automation, personalization, and lead qualification.
Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to refine ICP targeting and improve MQL conversion rates.
Continuously test & iterate automation workflows to stay ahead of industry best practices in AI-driven demand generation.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience building and managing automated lead generation and qualification pipelines.
Expertise with Apollo, Clay, n8n, Zapier, and other automation tools (experience with multiple is a plus).
Strong technical knowledge in marketing automation, AI-driven prospecting, and CRM workflows (HubSpot preferred).
Deep understanding of automated lead scoring and qualification—you can evaluate leads programmatically, not just manually.
Experience with AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering for prospecting and outreach is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and own the automation function, bringing new ideas and solutions.
Bonus: Experience with SQL, Airflow, or Redshift for data analytics is a plus.
